Grove Academy is a year-round learning community designed for children ages 3–11 who thrive in a personalized, relationship-based environment. Rooted in Montessori principles, Reggio-inspired project work, and nature-based learning, Grove provides children with the freedom to explore, create, discover, and grow at their own pace.
We believe children learn best when they are known, valued, and inspired by meaningful experiences. At Grove, learning is not one-size-fits-all. Every child is supported as a unique individual within a small, connected community.

Launch Programs
Sapling Community — Primary
Ages 3–5
The Sapling Community is our early childhood environment, designed to nurture independence, confidence, curiosity, and foundational academic and social-emotional skills. Our Montessori-based, Reggio-inspired approach incorporates hands-on learning, purposeful play, practical life experiences, sensory exploration, nature, and opportunities for children to follow their interests.
Live Oak Community — Lower Elementary
Ages 6–8
For children generally in 1st–3rd grade.
The Live Oak Community supports children as they become more independent and engaged learners. Students explore core academics through hands-on, interdisciplinary projects while developing problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and executive-function skills. Learning is personalized and connected to real-world experiences rather than centered around a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Cypress Community — Upper Elementary
Ages 9–11
The Cypress Community is designed for older Grove learners who are ready for greater independence, deeper inquiry, and more complex project-based work. Students strengthen their academic skills while taking greater ownership of their learning, collaborating with peers, exploring meaningful questions, and developing the confidence and self-awareness needed for their next stage of learning.

Grove operates in 6–8 week learning cycles throughout the year, with breaks between cycles for rest, renewal, family time, and optional enrichment opportunities.
